Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Manz Automation Keba 80036035 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Marposs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Max-Motosports parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Masterflex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Marposs such as the E5N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 457681 manufactured by Max-Motosports and we are pleased to be able to service most Max-Motosports systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 755371 by Manufacturer Masterflex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mazak Brand MC411D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Metron such as OID203 equipment made by Metron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D201925 made by Metso as well as the popular NJHN36000S40ABSO original spares produced by Merlin-Gerin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N9168 by Metropolitan-Lighting and OID203 spares by Metron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N6229363 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting.
